  Pagan describes a life of FOCUSing your energy and BUILDing your strengths, instead of scattering and wasting energy. He talks about living a life well-considered, so you are acting consciously, from an honest picture of who you are.

  What I do for fun is torture to most people. I crossfit. It is the hardest, yet most rewarding thing I do during my day. What I do after that is pure relaxation. I just chill. I lay back on my couch and rest my muscles, organs, everything from the workout. That is normally. For fun, aside from what I do daily, i will have to come back on that one.
