Question by unreachablestar: Why is everyone saying to meet women at supermarket?
I notice how many people keeps on saying that the best place to meet new people is the supermarket. Can you actually meet new people, friends and in some cases future partners in the supermarket? How? Any advice and tips how to start a conversation?

I find it really hard to believe because they’ll probably think some stranger went to the supermarket just to hit on some girls but everyone is saying it so there must be something.

You can’t go there just to hunt, it will happen in the course of your regular shopping. I got into a conversation with a man at the sushi counter; he was upset that all the trays were too big for one person and of course, sushi is not good the next day but he found one and I suggested he talk to the chefs about making smaller trays for one person. That’s just an example, but it’s really easy, just ask a question or make a comment and see how it goes from there.
